TSMC Shares Climb 3.1% on 2030 High-NA Lithography Target
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) shares rose approximately 3.1% to around $473.41 on October 2nd, following the company's announcement of plans to introduce High-NA lithography into advanced-node volume production by 2030.
