TKM Grupp Agrees to Acquire Three Baltic Security Distributors
Its security unit formed Walde SIA in Latvia and agreed to buy 100% of three Baltic security-system wholesalers, subject to Competition Authority approval. The targets reported 2025 revenue of €14.1 million and profit of €0.7 million.
