TJGC appoints executive to expand AI/data-center hardware
TJGC Group Limited named Kalvin Kwok executive director of its Hong Kong subsidiary, to launch sourcing, trading and assembly of AI/data-center components. The company may grant a 49% non-voting equity stake in the unit upon the first binding purchase order, subject to conditions.
