TCDC PowerCo signs 20-year PPA with Luminant ET Services
TCDC PowerCo (New Era Energy & Digital, Inc.) entered a 20-year power purchase agreement with Luminant ET Services, an affiliate of Vistra Corp. (VST), for Phase 1 of its Texa… project, supplying a minimum of 200 MW up to 207 MW.
