TC Energy to Sell Mexican Gas Pipeline Owner for $400M
TC Energy agreed to sell Energía Occidente de México, the entity that owns the Guadalajara–Manzanillo Pipeline, to affiliates of Esentia Energy Development. The agreement values the entity at 560 million Canadian dollars, reported as $400 million in the headline.
