System1 rejects Brave Bison’s fourth takeover offer at 360p
Brave Bison said it sweetened its offer to 360p a share (135p cash plus 2.394 new Brave Bison shares), after prior offers of 327p, 297p and 242p. The company’s offer was also described as an 82% premium to System1’s undisturbed share price on 27 February.
