Swiggy subsidiary to sell stake in Lynks Logistics for $52m
Swiggy Networks will sell its entire stake in Lynks Logistics to Singapore-based Trustroot Internet in a deal valued at $52 million. The consideration is 166,534 Series R compulsorily convertible preference shares at $314.40 each.
