Swedish Regulator Clears Fingerprint Cards-Precise Biometrics Merger
() -- Fingerprint Cards (FING-B.ST) said Wednesday the Swedish Companies Registration Office granted permission to implement its merger plan with Precise Biometrics (PREC.ST) and will register the deal on July 20. Following the approval and the upcoming registration, Fingerprint Cards will delist from Nasdaq Stockholm
