Supreme Court remands Sebi penalty case over Cairn India 2014 buyback
The Supreme Court sent back to the Securities Appellate Tribunal a Sebi case involving a Rs.5.25-crore penalty tied to Cairn India’s 2014 share buyback. Cairn India is now part of Vedanta Ltd.
