Super League Shareholders Approve Metaplanet Investment and Bitcoin Transfer
Super League stockholders approved proposals tied to Metaplanet’s planned strategic investment. At closing, Metaplanet’s U.S. subsidiary is to transfer 2,100 bitcoin and $2.5 million in cash to Super League, which valued the bitcoin at approximately $132.1 million. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth qua
