Sunrise Realty Trust Sells Thompson San Antonio for $41M
Sunrise Realty Trust closed the sale to The Loren Group for $41M, comprising $9M in cash and a $32M senior loan originated by SUNS and its affiliate. SUNS owns 65% of the joint venture and says its share aligns with carrying value.
