Sun Life warns on Ocehan mini-tender offer
Sun Life said Ocehan LLC has made an unsolicited mini-tender offer for up to 100,000 common shares at a price well below recent market levels. The company said it is not associated with Ocehan and does not recommend acceptance of the offer.
