Sun Life converts all variable-rate preferred shares to fixed-rate
Sun Life Financial Inc. will convert all of its outstanding Series 11QR preferred shares into Series 10R preferred shares on Sept. 30, 2026. This will leave no Series 11QR shares outstanding, and the dividend rate for the Series 10R shares will reset to 5.52% annually.
