Subhash Chandra opposes NCLT five-member bench for insolvency case
Zee Group founder Subhash Chandra opposed NCLT’s move to constitute a five-member bench to hear his personal insolvency case afresh, saying the basis for expanding the bench is unclear as creditors’ appeal remains pending in NCLAT.
