StrikePoint Gold Completes Northumberland Acquisition, Pays $70M
StrikePoint Gold Inc. has finalized its acquisition of the Northumberland Gold Project from Newmont, disbursing $70 million upfront. The company also satisfied escrow conditions for its C$190 million bought deal financing, converting 95 million subscription receipts into shares.
