Stride appoints Haggart and Guttentag; Lawrence resigns
Stride appointed Mr. Haggart as a director and board committee member and named Dr. Guttentag as a Board Observer, to be appointed director after the 2026 Annual Meeting. Allison Lawrence resigned from the Board and will serve as a non-voting observer until re-appointment after the 2026 Annual Meeting.
