Strategic Metals acquired 6.265 million Trifecta Gold shares, bringing its holding to 8.297 million shares, or 13.23%. It also retains a 2% net smelter return royalty on 11 Yukon projects, with an option to reduce it to 1% for 1,500 ounces of gold or cash.
