Sterling slips vs dollar ahead of Bailey and other BoE remarks
The pound dipped against the dollar on Tuesday as investors waited for comments from Bank of England policymakers, including Governor Andrew Bailey, on inflation and the monetary policy outlook. FX:GBPUSD traded at $1.3529, down 0.12% on the day.
