Stendorren signs 7-yr lease for 1,500 sqm office space
Stendorren Fastigheter AB signed a seven-year lease with Northlab Photonics for just over 1,500 square meters of office space in Nacka, effective Feb. 1, 2027. The agreement is expected to lift annual net operating income by about 2.5 million Swedish kronor.
