Starteepoo urges Xerox board to evaluate alternatives for financial services
Starteepoo Sicav said it sent a letter to Xerox Holdings’ board urging “bold actions” to unlock shareholder value, including increasing transparency on Xerox Financial Services and evaluating strategic alternatives for the unit.
