Starteepo urges Xerox to review financial services and pursue AI plan
Activist Starteepo, which holds 7.34% in Xerox Holdings, called for a review and marketing of Xerox Financial Services, citing adviser input and disclosed unit financials. Xerox said it will review and pursue AI-driven services, Lexmark synergies, margin expansion, cost cuts and debt reduction.
