Stanmore seen paying low cost for Moranbah South tenements
Ord Minnett says Stanmore’s US$105 million acquisition of Moranbah South coal-project tenements from Exxaro is relatively low cost at about US$0.14/metric ton, and may help avoid up to US$60 million in deferred and contingent acquisition payments.
