Spinoso Real Estate Group adds 116,000 — sq — ft DICK’S House of Sport anchor at Mall at Partridge Creek
Spinoso Real Estate Group lined up DICK’S House of Sport as the final anchor at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Macomb County. The retailer will redevelop the former Nordstrom box into a 116,000-square-foot store at the mall’s west end. The move extends a multi-year repositioning that began when Spinoso took over manage
