Spectre Capital raises up to C$100K via note for QT costs
Spectre Capital Corp. entered a non-interest, unsecured note with NREC for up to C$100K to fund third-party QT expenses, due at the QT close and eliminated on amalgamation; if the QT terminates, the debt is forgiven. Shares remain halted pending TSX-V review.
