Soulpower revises SWB merger terms, adds $5M Uruguay cash
Soulpower Acquisition entered a Second Amendment to its Business Combination Agreement with SWB Holdings, adding a $5 million Uruguay cash contribution after closing and extending the outside date to 2027.
