Solorz family settlement ends legal disputes over Cyfrowy Polsat control
Cyfrowy Polsat said the Solorz family reached a settlement ending all legal disputes over control of its business empire. The company cited a letter from controlling shareholder TiVi Foundation outlining rules for managing it.
