Bitcoin slipped about 0.5% to around $76,800 while Asian tech shares fell amid AI safety concerns.
US index futures were higher in Asia: S&P 500 futures up 0.07 percent and Nasdaq 100 futures up 0.13 percent (Dow futures up 0.1 percent, Russell 2000 up 0.05 percent). USD/JPY fell 0.55 percent; WTI was unchanged.
