Société Générale announces EUR 30 million senior preferred note offering
Société Générale will issue EUR 30 million of senior preferred notes on October 16, 2026. Priced at 100% of nominal value, the notes mature on November 18, 2041. A fixed coupon of 96.75% is payable at maturity unless the notes are redeemed early. The issuer can redeem annually from November 17, 2031, at nominal value p
