Snowflake prices upsized $3.75 billion convertible senior notes private placement
Snowflake priced $2.0 billion of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2029 and $1.75 billion due 2031 in a private placement. The company said the offering was upsized from $3.5 billion and expects net proceeds of about $3.70 billion.
