Snap-on said revenue fell 0.7% year over year to $1.28 billion, net income attributable to the company declined 8.4% to $243 million, and diluted EPS fell 7.6% to $4.64. Prior-year earnings included a $16.2 million after-tax legal-settlement benefit.
