Smartwell Technology appoints directors, names CEO as chairman
Smartwell Technology Corp. said it received two director resignations, appointed Tony Chan and Ge Zijian to the board, and named CEO He Yang as chairman. It also reorganized the audit committee to include Chris Twell (chair), Dr. Paul Arnison and Ge Zijian.
