Smartoptics, Arista partner with BIK on Carinthia ALPSiX internet exchange rollout
Smartoptics partnered with BIK, Arista, Inter.link, EdgeOps to build ALPSiX, Carinthia’s first internet exchange, operated by DE-CIX. Project targets local peering to keep regional traffic in Carinthia, lowering ISP costs and positioning the region for data-center growth. Smartoptics supplies DWDM equipment, including
