Slam Consolidates $15.5 Million Sponsor Loans Into Five-Year Note
Slam has consolidated $15.5 million of outstanding sponsor loans into a new five-year promissory note. The note bears interest at the Wall Street Journal prime rate and permits prepayment without penalty. Slam also gained the option to settle amounts in equity at a 20-day VWAP, subject to approvals.
