Sime Darby: Employees Provident Fund Board stake changes after share disposals, acquisition
The Malaysian fund reported changes in its substantial shareholding in Sime Darby Berhad after disposals of 11,618,600 shares and 3,505,500 shares, and an acquisition of 1,000,100 shares. Its total holding after the change was 1,172,247,429 shares.
