Silver Tiger Metals entered a bought deal to issue 87M units at C$1.00 for gross proceeds of C$87M, with a 15% over-allotment option. El Tigre Stockwork Zone capex estimate is now about $124M, with ~66% committed as of Sept. 10, 2026.
