Silver Lake and Intel-backed Altera plans IPO that could raise $2 billion+
Silver Lake and Intel-backed chipmaker Altera are preparing for an initial public offering as early as this year that could raise more than $2 billion. Barclays, Citi, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley have been hired as underwriters, according to Reuters.
