Silo Pharma Acquires Software and IP From Norsight; Issues Warrant
Silo Pharma entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire software, technology, and related intellectual property from Norsight. As consideration, the company issued a warrant to purchase up to 300,000 shares at $1.51 per share, with cashless exercise, exercisable beginning April 1, 2027.
