Silgan Forms Metal Packaging Partnership With Trivium
Silgan announced a 60%-owned partnership combining its metal containers and flat cap closures businesses with Trivium. Silgan will receive approximately $2.3 billion in cash and retain control of the new Silgan MCC; 15% EPS accretion is expected.
