SideChannel cuts authorized common shares to 13.1 million from 681 million
SideChannel filed a Delaware charter amendment on Oct. 1, 2026, cutting authorized common shares to 13,100,000 from 681,000,000. Authorized preferred shares were reduced to 1,000,000 from 10,000,000.
