Shelly Group says SE 2026 A SAS registered voluntary public tender offer
SE 2026 A SAS, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE, registered a voluntary public tender offer for all Shelly Group shares with Bulgaria's FSC. The offer price remains EUR 70.00 per share in cash, subject to FSC approval.
