Shell completes $16.5 bln acquisition of ARC Resources
Shell has completed its acquisition of ARC Resources after securing required shareholder, court and regulatory approvals. The deal adds about 370,000 barrels of oil equivalent and expands upstream exposure in British Columbia and Alberta.
