Seoul Electronics & Telecom will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Incheon on Oct. 30, 2026. Shareholders will vote on amendments to the articles of incorporation to add new business purposes, including AI data centers and physical AI systems. Proposals also cover raising issuance limits for convertible bo
