SenzaGen Agrees to Acquire Alcyomics for About SEK 28M
The cash deal includes up to about SEK 25M in earn-outs and is partly funded by a SEK 25M convertible to Eiffel. It is expected to close around 4 November 2026. Alcyomics reported FY25/26 revenue of about SEK 19.5M and an EBITDA margin of about 24%.
