Senti Biosciences raises $2 million convertible debt and $2.5 million equity commitment
Senti Biosciences announced $2.0 million senior secured convertible notes under its existing purchase agreement and documentation amended to add NSG. It also disclosed a $2.5 million equity commitment from an affiliate ahead of its proposed merger.
