Sekisui House operating profit rose 16% as sales fell 2.5%
Sekisui House reported net sales down 2.5% year-over-year. Operating profit rose 16.0%, and profit attributable to owners of parent increased 23.1%. Urban redevelopment and supplied housing segments grew, while overseas business declined.
