Seaport Therapeutics doses first patient in Phase 2a trial for anxiety drug GlyphAgo
Seaport Therapeutics has dosed the first patient in a Phase 2a clinical trial evaluating GlyphAgo (SPT-320), a novel prodrug of agomelatine, for adults with generalized anxiety disorder and sleep disturbance. Topline data from the trial are expected in early 2028.
