Scout Discoveries agrees strategic investment with Agnico Eagle
Scout Discoveries says it reached a $14,769,411 strategic equity investment with Agnico Eagle, plus an earn-in agreement in Idaho. The company also says Agnico Eagle’s ownership rises to 30% in a combined US$25 million private placement via Electrum.
