Scatec and EBRD Create Egypt Renewables Platform With Up to $221M
Scatec ASA and EBRD signed a deal to create a renewable energy investment platform in Egypt, owned 60/40. EBRD committed up to $221 million, including about $170 million in equity and project guarantees, to accelerate Scatec’s near-term projects.
