Sazerac unit offers Berentzen shareholders EUR 5.55 per share
Blitz 26-877, a Sazerac-owned holding company, launched a cash offer for all Berentzen-Gruppe shares at EUR 5.55 each, with a minimum acceptance threshold of 50% plus one share. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The bidder plans to rename itself Sazerac Germany Holding.
