Saudi PIF looks to develop Al-Khafji via private-sector PPP
Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to develop an integrated tourist and residential destination on the Al-Khafji coast through private-sector participation, covering around 20 square kilometres.
